He has been married for 24 years, is the father of two girls, and says that he is motivated by the love of his family. Brian is proud to be an owner of a business that is responsible for making people happy and comfortable in their homes. Well, we would say that Brian’s future continues to look bright!
Daylon Croswell ~ Field Supervisor, Head of Operations
Daylon believes that it would be good to have Chuck Norris powers, and while he would enjoy being a ninja master, he is already doing a good job of knowing how to help his team and never backs down from difficult tasks. He is a dedicated worker who loves the rewarding feeling of knowing that he has helped a satisfied customer. He takes pride in his work and lives to secure a good living for his family. Daylon grew up in New Kent and now makes his home in West Point where he enjoys hunting and fishing. Originally from New Kent, he still resides there with his wife and daughter and believes in the advice of “happy wife, happy life”. Like the majority of our crew, Charlie is motivated by the love of his family. In his downtime, he enjoys cheering on his favorite team, the New Orleans Saints, restoring cars, or relaxing in the Outer Banks.
Hunter Pitts ~ Installer
Hunter is another member of the team who would love to be able to fly, and enjoys that his job gives him the ability to be in a new place every day. He is originally from New Kent and resides there still where he enjoys hunting, sports, and spending time with friends. He loves the fall and winter and cheering on his favorite team, the Redskins. When he is able to get away, he would love to be at the beach.
Brennen Jones ~ Installer
Brennen, like the majority of people, would love the superpower of being able to pull money out of trees. Although he realizes that that is not attainable at the moment, he does say that his favorite thing about his job is the ability to help people. He is a native of New Kent County and loves to work on cars and trucks in his down time. When he is able to get away, he enjoys going to the mountains. Brennen thinks that the best advice that anyone ever gave him is “to save your money”.

His love of baseball has him volunteering as a little league coach. He also enjoys fishing and golfing. If he could go back in time, the 1970’s is where you’d find him listening to classic rock (only it wasn’t classic back then). Mitchell says that the best part about his job is the people he gets to encounter daily. While enjoying a slice of pizza (his favorite food) on a warm summer he says that he would like the ability to fly should he have a superpower.
Jacob Kemp - Seasonal Worker
Jacob, one of our newest recruits was born & raised in West Point, VA. Following the best advice, he has been given, he tends to work smarter as opposed to harder and describes problem solving as the best part of his job. He enjoys the fall/winter seasons as he loves to hunt. Outside of hunting, he also enjoys fishing, working on his truck & spending time with his yellow lab. This would be why he would describe himself as adventurous. Should he ever win the lottery, the first thing he would buy is a boat. Too bad he cannot do that with the #1 song on his playlist “Diamond in my pocket".
Working in Bitter Cold...
I recently purchased a new Rheem gas package unit from your firm, and want to express my complete satisfaction with the installation team. Working in bitter cold, they accomplished the job in a workday, showing an excellent sense of urgency and teamwork. My wife and I could see that we were benefiting from professionals doing a professional job, cheerfully and expertly. 1-12-2108
