Experience HVAC Installer
JOB SUMMARY:
The HVAC Installer will perform timely installation of heating & air conditioning systems in accordance with our high company standards while ensuring complete customer satisfaction. To ensure success, your customer service skills should be as good as your technical aptitude, and you will be well-versed in safety precautions. Top candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and friendly.
Must live in the Williamsburg/New Kent area
Requirements
• High school diploma or completion of an HVAC technical training program
• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC installation experience
• Ability to thoroughly lead and manage an install crew.
• Setting priorities, enforcing safety and company quality standards when installing condensing units, heat pumps, air handlers, and gas furnaces. (minimal supervision)
• Experience installing control wiring for HVAC systems and thermostats
• Proficient brazing skills
• Knowledge of PVC drain line installation
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Description:
Duties
Install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units, primarily residential customers. Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems.
Understand company pricing and generate appropriate customer invoice at job
site.
Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry
technologies.
Two to Three years experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
and correcting diverse HVAC service issues.
Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations.
Ability to work independently in a timely manner.
CFC Certification required
Other Requirements
Well groomed, neat appearance
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with
additional manpower or appropriate devices)
Observe all company procedures and safety rules
Maintain accurate time records and send to payroll when required
